Metal Gear NES

Metal Gear is a popular video game series created by Hideo Kojima. While the original Metal Gear game was released for the MSX2 computer in 1987, it was later ported to several other platforms, including the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

The NES version of Metal Gear was released in 1988 by Konami. It is an action-adventure stealth game that follows the story of Solid Snake, a special operations agent who must infiltrate a fortified enemy base called Game Hoard. The game features a top-down perspective and involves navigating various areas, avoiding guards, and collecting items to progress through the game.

It's worth noting that Metal Gear on the NES is a different game from its sequel, Metal Gear Solid, which was released for the PlayStation in 1998. Metal Gear Solid marked a significant shift in the series, transitioning from 2D to 3D graphics and introducing a more cinematic and story-driven experience.
